Donna saw us on TV and decided to give us a call. Donna had plans to move into senior living and wanted someone who can easily help her with this transition. Donna had been living in this home for 57 years so she was able to accumulate a number of things over the years. She knew she wouldn’t be able to take everything with her to Stanwood so she wanted to work with someone who could buy all her things with the home. Donna and her son were really happy to know that they didn’t need to take on the burden of moving the things they didn’t want to take with them. This was really important for them since they didn’t have the resources to do that on their own.

Daniel had a whole mess of headaches we were able to solve. The house he once called home was overtaken by drug addicted renters that stopped paying rent and let their friends move in. He had initially rented out some extra rooms in his home to help pay his mortgage. Unfortunately, things got so bad that he had to move out of his own home and move into a friend’s place. This was all going on during the eviction moratorium so there was nothing he could do about it. We sprang into action and served the tenants with a 60 day notice of intent to sell that was prepared by our legal team, then after the 60 days we helped the inhabitants find a new place to move to, gave them some cash to get started, and even helped them get their belongings out. Daniel then moved to be with his sister.
Richard was referred to us from another client. Richard wanted to sell his home to a cash buyer. He heard that we could make him a direct offer, pay cash, and cover all the closing costs. We reassured her we would buy the property in as-is condition, take on the tenants, and didn’t need to see the house since they didn’t have access. Marjorie’s brother lived out of state as well, so she was worried the process was going to be complex.
